Deviled Prawns | Sri Lankan recipes

Deviled Prawns 1 lb Prawns, shelled and devained1-2 onions, sliced2 tomatoes, cut into wedges2-3 banana peppers, cut into diagonal pieces3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 inch piece of ginger, minced1 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp tomato sauce/ketchup1-2 tsp chillie powder1 tbsp vegetable oilSalt to tasteFry the garlic, ginger and chillie powder till fragrant. Add the prawns and cook till it turns pink. (Don't overcook)Add the remaining ingredients and cook till the onions are wilted a bit.Serve hot.
